Overview:
SalesForce is Australia’s largest outsourced contact centre service provider and is at the forefront of proprietary contact centre technology.

During the development of a new reporting system, SalesForce engaged Aframe to develop a training module for contact centre managers on the use of the new system as well as how this information could be used to optimise their operations. The resultant systems training was delivered through intuitive learner controlled software simulations that allow the learner to experience the system in a controlled environment.
