Overview:
With over 100 Account Managers spread across the Asia Pacific handling a broad range of complex services, the brief was to develop product knowledge modules across the range of services.
The modules act as reference tools for sales staff that allow managers to identify knowledge gaps in their staff and provide product induction for new staff. A key project objective was functionality and accessibility of information with consistency across the series. This was achieved with a clean professional design that provides appropriate focus to the content. Assessment activities, which are tracked by the LMS, validate the learner’s knowledge.
