Salmat is a geographically dispersed organisation which regularly recruits new staff. As the force in one to one communication Salmat wanted an engaging and visually tantalising induction program that clearly displayed to inductees the value that the organisation places on the individual.
The induction program closely adheres to the Salmat brand guide embracing the concepts and identity of the brand ethos. This module compliments the Salmat Corporate Policy learning module to form a complete online induction program.
