In response to the growing demand for efficient and effective contact / call centre training that increases knowledge retention while shortening training time, Aframe has developed an AQTF accredited training package for Certificate III and IV in Customer Contact covering 28 modules.
Employing interactive narratives and complex social interactions to deliver the fundamentals of many soft skills integral to customer contact, Aframe have constructed a collection of training materials that enable the fast and effective training of contact centre agents, team leaders and project managers.
