Overview:
With a requirement to improve on existing face-to-face and imported training methods and materials, Fuji Xerox engaged Aframe to develop eight occupational health and safety modules for their Customer Service Technicians across Asia Pacific. While a contemporary look and feel was vital to capturing the attention and imagination of Fuji’s technicians, the clear delivery of compliance information was paramount. Through the combined use of audio, animation and contextual case studies, Aframe was able to significantly reduce Fuji Xerox’s training costs while improving the retention and implementation of knowledge and processes.
