The only information we require from you is the name and email address of the employees to be trained. The service involves:

1. Email Invitation
   Employees will receive an email invitation to participate in the OCT service. This will contain the website address and their username and password.
2. Employee Login to OCT
   Completion of the training and assessment for all modules can be completed at the employees own pace. Each module taking approximately 10-15 minutes to complete.
3. Notification of Results
   When an employee completes an assessment they will receive a report with their results.
